The small cap value style also applies the same fundamental, bottom-up stock selection process to the 5,000 stocks in the broad spectrum of U.S. public issues with a market capitalization under $2 billion. RCB believes that smaller companies can provide an opportunity for superior returns because they are not well-known to the investing public, have a smaller investor following and a limited dissemination of information about them or their industry.
