Donn
B. Conner, CFA
President,

Mr. Conner joined RCB in 1972 and is the
President,
CEO and a principal. Mr. Conner has over 40 years of
investment experience. He served as a portfolio
manager and research analyst at Security Pacific
Bank from 1969-1972 and an account executive at
Dean Witter Reynolds from 1965-1969. He received his
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of
Michigan in 1962 and his CFA designation in 1975.
Mr. Conner is currently on the board of the Westside Family YMCA where he is a former chairman and treasurer and was honored for his long-term service in October 2003. He also serves on the board of a privately held company and is a member of the Westwood Village Rotary Club and the CFA Institute. He was formerly a president and board member of Hathaway Children's Services and a board member of the Emphysema Foundation, the American Red Cross and the Museum of Natural History.

Jeffrey
Bronchick, CFA

Mr. Bronchick joined RCB in 1989. He is a
principal and the Chief Investment Officer
leading our internal investment research
efforts. Mr. Bronchick has over 20 years of
investment experience, having served in equity
trading and research at Neuberger and Berman from 1986-1989, institutional equity sales at Bankers Trust Company from 1985-1986, and equity trading and institutional sales at First Boston Corporation from 1984-1985. Mr. Bronchick received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and studied abroad at the London School of Economics in 1983. He received his CFA designation in 1989.
Mr.
Bronchick is the founder of the Paige Foundation, a
non-profit organization that funds research for the
advancement of clinical techniques in the treatment
of congenital heart defects. |

James
P. Birdwell, Jr.

Mr. Birdwell joined RCB in 1976. In his
investment experience prior to RCB, he served in
the institutional department at Dean Witter
Reynolds from 1971-1976 and was a research
analyst at Farmer's Insurance Group from
1970-1971. Mr. Birdwell received his MBA from
the University of Southern California in 1971 and his B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley in 1969.
Mr. Birdwell serves on the Board of Saint John's Health Center (Santa Monica, CA), where he is the Treasurer and a former chairman. He is on the Board of Trustees for the Saint John's Health Center Foundation, where he is the Chairman of the Investment Committee. He also serves on the boards of The Jackman Companies and Fullerton Community Bank and is on the Board of Trustees of Hollenbeck Palms.

C. Reed, CFA

Mr. Reed joined RCB in 1968. In his
investment experience prior to RCB, Mr.
Reed was a portfolio manager and research
analyst at Clifford Associates from 1958-1968.
From 1952-1956, he served in the U.S. Air
Force as a commissioned officer. Mr. Reed received his MBA from the University of Southern California in 1959 and his B.S. in Business Administration from Lehigh University in 1952. He received his CFA designation in 1970.
Mr. Reed served as President of the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts, Inc. from 1978-1979.

F. Hawley, CFA

Mr. Hawley joined RCB in 1994. Prior to
RCB, Mr. Hawley was a vice president at
The Boston Company from 1992-1994.
From 1981-1992, he held various positions
in sales, product marketing, and marketing management at International Business Machines. Mr. Hawley earned his MBA from Harvard University in 1985 and his B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1981. He earned his CFA designation in 1996.
Mr. Hawley is a former governor of the CFA Society of Los Angeles, Inc.

Mr. Henderson has managed portfolios at RCB
since 2001. Prior to his association with RCB,
Mr. Henderson was a partner and portfolio
manager at Metropolitan West Capital
Management from 1998-2000 and also a partner and portfolio manager at Van Deventer & Hoch from 1987-1998. Both companies are located in Southern California. In 1989 he graduated from California State University, Northridge with a B.S. in Finance and Economics. He earned his CFA designation in 1992.

joined RCB in 1994. In his investment

prior to RCB, he was an assistant vice

and financial analyst for The Fuji Bank,

1990-1994, and a financial analyst for
both D.R.
Morgan & Company, Inc. (1989-1990)
and G.E.
Capital Corporation (1987-1989). He received his B.S.
in Finance from Texas Tech University in 1986, and his
CFA designation in 1998. |

Cicinelli, CFA

Mr. Cicinelli
joined RCB in 2001. Prior to joining
our firm,
he was an associate analyst at
Prudential Securities
from 1999-2001 and a
research associate at Credit
Suisse First Boston
from 1998-1999. He received
his B.B.A. with an
emphasis in Finance and Accounting
from the University of Michigan in 1998, and earned
his CFA designation in 2001.
Mr. Cicinelli is an avid fly fisherman. He volunteers for Trout Unlimited and is currently working on the Golden Trout Restoration Project in the Sierra Nevadas.

Mr. Stewart joined RCB in 2003. Prior to joining
RCB, he served as an equity analyst at
Oppenheimer & Company from 1999-2003. He
received his B.S. in History from Duke University
in 1998, and earned his CFA designation in 2002.

William A. Cram, CFA

Mr. Cram joined RCB in 2005. Prior to joining RCB,
he served as a lead research analyst at Loop
Capital Markets from 2003-2004, a research
associate at Wedbush Morgan Securities in 2000,
and a consultant at Accenture from 1995-1999. Mr.
Cram earned his MBA from the University of Southern California in 2001 and his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa in 1994. He received his CFA designation in 2005.
At USC Mr. Cram was selected to participate in the Seminar in Applied Portfolio Management program, where he was responsible for the management of a $1.4 million school endowment fund.

M. Thorpe

Mr. Thorpe joined RCB in 2007. From 2005-2006,
he was a senior vice president for Shamrock
Holdings LLC where he specialized in activist
investments for domestic small cap companies.
Mr. Thorpe was also a Managing Director for
Mandeville Partners LLC from 1994-2004, where he was heavily involved in the consolidation of cable companies throughout Latin America with a focus on Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. He has served as the Vice President in Strategic Planning at Salick Health Care, Inc. from 1992-1994 and as a financial analyst for both Kidder, Peabody & Co. (1990-1992) and Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc (1989-1990). Mr. Thorpe received his B.A. in Economics and Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1989.
