Mark S. Yancey

Senior Managing Director

Mr. Yancey joined RCB in 2010 and is the head of Global distribution. Prior to his association with RCB, Mr. Yancey was a founding member of Hillcrest Asset Management and a partner and co-head of institutional marketing and sales at Metropolitan West Capital Management from 1999-2007. Previously, he held positions at Wells Capital Management and Mass Mutual Capital Management. He received his B.S. in Finance from University of Oklahoma in 1985.

Michelle M. Gosom

Senior Vice President

Ms. Gosom joined RCB in 2000. Prior to RCB, she served as a marketing associate for Transamerica Insurance & Investments from 1997-2000. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Political Science in 1997.

Ms. Gosom is an active member of PAICR (Professional Association of Investment Communications Resources) and serves on the organization's Board of Directors. She has served as a mentor for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's "Team in Training" Program and has completed several marathons and half-marathons and fundraised for the organization's behalf.

Michael Adam Smith

Senior Vice President

Mr. Smith joined RCB in 2002, heading the firm's private client efforts as part of the Business Development and Client Services Team. Prior to joining RCB, he served in numerous senior management positions for firms such as California Bank & Trust (1999-2001), Bankers Trust Company (1996-1999), The Boston Company (1991-1996), Wedbush Morgan Securities (1990-1991), Oppenheimer & Company (1985-1990) and Dean Witter Reynolds (1980-1985). He received his B.S. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1980.

Mr. Smith is a former executive board member at the Los Angeles Free Clinic. Mr. Smith also owns and operates a small vineyard.
