Daniele Beasley -

Principal, Chief Operating Officer,

Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Beasley joined RCB in 2000 and is the firm's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to RCB, she served as the Manager of Administration at both Helix Investments Partners (1995-2000) and Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin Investment Management (1990-1995). Prior to that, she was an associate at Prudential Asset Management Company, Inc. from 1989-1990. Ms. Beasley completed the Executive Education Program from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003.

Ms. Beasley is on the board of The Los Angeles Free Clinic.

Michael J. Towler -

Controller

Mr. Towler joined RCB in 2005.  Prior to joining RCB he was a controller at Helix Investment Partners, LLC from 2002-2005 and the Payroll Manager at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, Inc. from 1990-2002.  Mr. Towler attended the University of California, Los Angeles, and California State University at Los Angeles.

Timothy Mathieu -

Vice President, Head Trader

Mr. Mathieu joined RCB in 2002. Prior to joining RCB, he was the Senior Trader at Husic Capital Management from 1997-2002 and an equity trader at Gabelli Asset Management from 1995-1997. He received his B.S. in Management from Mahattanville College in 1993.
